Polyurethane Raw Materials
Flexible Polyurethane
Foam Raw Materials
Bayer
offers a full range of polyurethane raw materials for the production
of flexible polyurethane foam. Those products include Mondur®
TD-65, TD-80 Grade A, TD-80 Grade A/B and TDS toluene diisocyanate
(TDI) and Acclaim®,

polyether polyols. Also often called slabstock foam, the primary
uses for flexible polyurethane foam are for cushioning in furniture

Rigid Polyurethane
Foam & Special Raw Materials
Bayer
supplies polyurethane raw materials for diverse polyurethane applications
in the construction industry. Rigid polyurethane foam is a key
insulating material used in commercial
and residential construction,
such as for spray
polyurethane foam roofing, polyurethane laminated panels,
insulated
sheathing, and single skin and foamed panels for garage doors
and entry doors. Bayer also markets polyurethanes for binder applications
such as particleboard, laminated-stranded lumber, moisture-resistant
